These Terms of Service apply to all cleaning services provided by CG Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, using our website, or allowing us to perform cleaning services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

CG Cleaning Services provides residential, apartment, move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, regular cleaning, post-construction cleaning, rental property cleaning, and related cleaning services.

 

The exact scope of service will depend on the quote, booking confirmation, invoice, or written agreement provided to the customer.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including property size, condition, requested services, and cleaning frequency.

 

Pricing may change if the property requires extra time, additional services, heavy cleaning, special products, unsafe conditions, or if the actual work is different from what was originally described.

Booking and Access

Appointments are confirmed only after we accept the booking.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details, access instructions, parking information, alarm codes, lockbox codes, or any other information needed to enter the property.

 

If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee, lockout fee, or minimum service charge may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a safe working environment, running water, electricity, lighting, and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.

 

Customers should secure valuables, fragile items, cash, jewelry, personal documents, pets, and any items requiring special care before service begins.

 

We are not responsible for items that are already damaged, improperly installed, unstable, fragile, or not disclosed to us in advance.

Pets and Safety

Customers must inform us if pets are present. Pets should be secured during service.

 

We may refuse, stop, or reschedule service if we find unsafe conditions, including aggressive animals, biohazards, mold, pests, exposed wiring, hazardous materials, illegal activity, or any condition that may put our staff or contractors at risk.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms provided in the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.

 

Customers agree to pay all approved charges, including service fees, additional work, cancellation fees, lockout fees, late fees, returned payment fees, and applicable taxes.

 

Unpaid balances may result in suspension or cancellation of future services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

A fee may apply for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, failed access, incorrect access information, or appointments canceled after staff have been assigned or dispatched.

Recurring Services

Recurring services may be weekly, biweekly, monthly, or otherwise agreed.

 

If automatic billing is used, the customer authorizes CG Cleaning Services or its payment processor to charge the approved payment method according to the agreed schedule.

Satisfaction and Claims

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must contact us within 24 hours after completion.

 

We may offer a re-clean, correction, credit, partial refund, or other solution at our discretion.

 

Any damage claim must also be reported within 24 hours after service completion. We may request photos, receipts, repair estimates, or inspection access to evaluate the claim.

Service Limitations

We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, mold, mildew, rust, hard water marks, pet stains, paint, permanent marks, or long-term buildup.

 

We do not provide pest control, repairs, plumbing, electrical work, hazardous waste removal, medical-grade disinfection, or specialized restoration unless expressly agreed in writing.

Photos and Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos or videos for quality control, service verification, dispute resolution, insurance, or business records.

 

We will not intentionally publish identifiable private property images for marketing purposes without consent.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

 

All website content belongs to CG Cleaning Services or its licensors and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CG Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service for lawful reasons, including unsafe conditions, harassment, abusive conduct, non-payment, repeated cancellations, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

 

Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting us directly. If it cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
